Thanks for shopping at Sock Council. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss your return.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it and we must receive the item within two weeks of your notifying us of the intent to return. The return is void otherwise.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
In the original packaging.
Needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Include a copy of our Return form, complete in full, downloaded from our website.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your PayPal account (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, our shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Your exchange can be handled in two ways:
If you require an exchange because of a sizing problem we will ask that you pay the additional postage charge that we incur should the product be available.
You can return the item, pay the additional postage, and we send a replacement on receipt of the original purchase.
Buy the correct sized hat and return the original purchase for a refund less our postage costs.
If a replacement item is unavailable we will ask that you accept a credit from the store.
Please Note: Failure to provide the required information may cause delays in processing your return.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
The returned goods are your responsibility until they are delivered to our returns department.
